What this policy covers
This policy covers your use of this website only. Each application we release will have its own privacy policy describing what data that app collects and how it is handled.
Data we collect on this Site
We designed this Site to collect as little as possible:
- No accounts. The Site has no registration or login.
- No cookies. The Site does not set cookies or use similar tracking technologies.
- No analytics or advertising. We do not run analytics scripts, ad trackers, or third-party embeds on this Site.
Hosting logs. Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and pages requested, in server logs used for security and operating the service. These logs are handled by the hosting provider under its own privacy terms and are not used by us to identify you.
If you email us
If you contact us by email, we will receive your email address, and any information you choose to include. We use it only to respond to you and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to any mailing list.
Legal framework
We handle personal data in accordance with the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017. If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we aim to honour the equivalent rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR for the limited data described above.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you (in practice, this is limited to email correspondence). To exercise these rights, email info@oladia.net. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may also lodge a complaint with the Mauritius Data Protection Office or your local supervisory authority.
Data retention
Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for reasonable record-keeping, after which it is deleted.
Children
This Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be clearly indicated.
